For new patients:

Looking to discuss symptoms, concerns, and explore treatments related to menopause, gynaecology or contraception choices. You should also book this appointment if:.

• You're unsure which treatment or procedure is right for you
• You have multiple concerns to explore
• You're considering a pessary fitting or contraception and are new to our clinic

During this consultation, we will:

• Discuss your symptoms in depth and review the benefits and risks of treatment options
• Take a comprehensive approach to your care, including hormonal, non-hormonal, and lifestyle strategies
• Perform blood tests if necessary
• Create a personalised treatment plan, including any prescriptions
• Provide a written summary for you and (with your consent) your GP
• Liaise with your NHS GP if you wish to continue treatment via the NHS

Duration: 40 minutes

Available: In-person at our Henley-on-Thames clinic or virtually

For existing patients to review progress, adjust treatments, and go over results.

During your consultation, we will:

• Review your current treatment and make any necessary adjustments
• Address concerns, side effects, or new symptoms
• Conduct or review blood tests and investigations as needed
• Provide prescriptions if required
• Provide a written summary for you and (with your consent) your GP
• Liaise with your NHS GP if you wish to continue treatment via the NHS

Fees:

£195, 25min virtual consultation

£245, 40-min in-person consultation

These can be booked without an Introductory Consultation.

However, if you're unsure about the right treatment for you or are a new patient seeking a pessary or contraception option, please book an Introductory Consultation first.

Standalone services include:

• Coil fitting

• Implant fitting

• Pessary exchange or new fitting (for existing patients post-consultation). 

• Cervical screening

• Breast check

 •Blood tests and women’s health checks

Note for new patients: For coil or implant fittings, a pre-appointment phone consultation may be required. This is included in the service price — we’ll explain when you get in touch.

At your procedure appointment, we will:

• Perform the procedure

• Provide a written summary

 • Send results to you and your GP (if consented), and offer follow-up advice and referral if needed

We're here to support you at every stage of your journey,  There’s no pressure to book a follow-up, but we recommend having at least one to optimise your care and ensure you feel supported by the same specialist who knows your care history. This helps build trust, keeps your treatment effective and personalised, and allows us to address long-term health, lifestyle, and screening needs. 

We also keep you informed about medication updates, stock issues, and the latest advancements in women's healthcare — so your care stays current and evidence-based.

We understand that you may have questions after you have had time to reflect on what we discuss in your appointment and that’s why we offer one free follow-up email per consultation, within six weeks of an Introductory consultation, or four weeks of a Follow-up.  

Further correspondence will incur an administration fee. We will try and respond as soon as possible. Please allow 3 working days for a reply. We also have a FAQ page with detailed information about conditions and treatment.

 • Dose you are taking

 • Number of months you require.

 If we have your card on file, we’ll charge the fee and issue the prescription immediately. If not, we’ll email you an invoice. Once paid, your prescription will be processed.

Prescriptions are sent directly to our partner pharmacy, Pharmacierge, who will contact you to arrange free home delivery (usually within one week).
